I'm quite happy to report that I am down another 2.2 lbs this week - 38.2 lbs total! It definitely felt good this weekend with all the nice spring weather, and I cannot wait to splurge on a new summer wardrobe!
Yesterday, I didn't have time for a workout like I'd planned, but I did walk over to Brian's and took a little detour so that it was a nice 25 minute walk. We watched Ferris Bueller's Day Off, baked some muffins and tried out a new recipe (creamy basil and red pepper pasta). It turned out really well and his parents seemed to like it too! We watched the first bit of the Oscars, but I wanted to get to bed by 10ish so I will have to check the paper this morning to read up on it.
Meals for Sunday:
Breakfast - 3/4 cup of special k vanilla almond cereal, 1 cup of skim milk, Banana (310 calories)
Lunch - Sesame bagel, 2 slices of turkey lunch meat, 1 tbsp. light mayo, 1 cup of strawberries, Sugar free pudding (440 calories)
Snack - Special k protein snack bar (110 calories)
Dinner - 1 serving of creamy basil and red pepper pasta (with chicken), 1 cup of light ceaser salad (475 calories)
Snack - Diet coke, easter cream egg (160 calories)
Daily Total - 1495 calories, 17 g. of fibre (need to up that!)
