Ok Immune System....Don't Shut Down On Me Now!!

I'm not sick.... I just feel.... less than 100% right now. I can tell that I'm going to be coming down with a cold or the flu... my body has been aching this week, I am lacking energy, and I do feel like I'm going to be sick.... but I can't because my house is up for sale and if I have to stay home sick, I mostly likely can't even stay home. So I guess the plan is to will whatever this is away.

I went for a run outside with Val today. It didn't leave me feeling refreshed like it normally does, but I'm glad I went anyways. She pushes me to run longer than I think I'm capable of, and I appreciate that muchly! I definitely owe some of my cardio improvement to her!

It's going to be +8 this weekend folks! It's getting to be so nice out. Spring is in the air and I bet we all appreciate the sunshine :-)

Meals for Wednesday:

Breakfast - 1 pkg. high fibre raisin & spice oatmeal, 1 cup of skim milk (245)

Snack - Banana, 1 cup of cantaloupe (170)

Lunch - 1/2 can of blue menu low sodium minestrone soup, 1 cup of strawberries, Sugar free pudding, Diet coke (275)

Snack - Fibre plus granola bar (120)

Dinner - 1 serving of honey pecan chicken, 1 cup of garden salad, 1 tbsp. balsamic vinagrette dressing (375)

Snack - 8 whole grain rice crisps, Hostess 100 calorie pack of cupcakes (200)

Daily Total - 1385 calories, 32 grams of fibre

Workout - 30 minute jog, 10 minute cool down walk, 5 minutes of stretching
