I am so tired today for some reason! I do like to wake up super early to get my workday out of the way by 3pm, but sometimes that 5:30am wakeup call is impossible! I'll definitely be in bed early tonight.
After work yesterday I came home and decided to make some muffins from the blue menu muffin mixes I bought. I made the dark chocolate bran ones and had one for breakfast this morning. Essentially they're just bran muffins with 1-2 chocolate chips per, but luckily I love the taste of bran muffins!
Brian and I stayed in last night and watched the movie Death Proof. I love a good movie where the ladies kick ass! And Biggest Loser was a great episode!
Meals for Tuesday:
Breakfast - 21 mini wheats, 1 cup of skim milk (280 calories)
Snack - Banana (110 calories)
Lunch - 2 slices of weight watcher's bread, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, 1/2 tbsp. honey, kiwi, sugar free pudding (315 calories)
Snack - Slimfast wholegrain muffin bar (140 calories)
Dinner - Blue menu portion controlled burger, bun, 1 tbsp. ketchup, 1 tsp. mustard, 1 cup of v8 fusion juice (1 fruit, 1 veggie) (410 calories)
Snack - 150 calorie bag of ruffles all dressed chips, 1/4 cup of skittles (310 calories)
Daily Total - 1565 calories, 20 grams of fibre

Ever thought of using carob chips? Or cacao nibs? Just a thought if you want more chocolate pieces in your muffins that are UBER healthy!!
