Val and I will go for a run and end up running against the wind both on the way there and on the way back. How does that even work? I could turn it into a positive and say it's an added challenge to our workout.... but ughs it's annoying! I'm going to start posting my times here so that it gives me a push to work harder each time. Today we ran the 4.5 km in 28 minutes and 27 seconds. Not too shabby!
Now I'm relaxing in bed.....gonna be an early night tonight!
Meals for Wednesday:
Breakfast - Blue menu dark chocolate bran muffin, 1 Activia lemon merengue yogurt (280 calories)
Snack - 1 cup of blackberries, 1 sugar free pudding (130 calories)
Lunch - 12-grain bagel, 2 slices of lean bologna, 1 tbsp. light mayo, Kiwi (415 calories)
Snack - Special k fruit crisps (100 calories)
Dinner - Smokin' stampede quesadilla, 1 cup of spinach and arugula salad with 1 tbsp. sundried tomato dressing, Diet coke (370 calories)
Snack - 100 calorie pack of lays, 2 tbsp. creamy salsa, 100 calorie aero bar (245 calories)
Daily Total - 1540 calories, 25 grams of fibre
Workout - 30 minute run, 10 minute walk, 5 minutes of stretching
