Biggest Loser Returns Tonight!

I cannot be more excited for the return of The Biggest Loser! I'm so unbelievably addicted; I admit it. I love getting home from work, putting some comfy clothes on and giving myself that night to just laze on the couch. No workouts, no cleaning, no errands - just total veg time. And it wasn't the same when The Biggest Loser wasn't on!

I had a great Monday - I was well rested and full of energy all day. After work I went home and had some pizza with my sister and mom. I relaxed for a bit and then Annie came over and we hungout, caught up on our last month or so (we're both so busy, we don't see each other as often as we'd like to). And then I went to bed! This morning was not such a treat waking up though. Alarm - snooze, alarm - snooze, and so on. Hopefully the time passes by quickly at work today.

Meals from Monday:

Breakfast - 1/2 cup of post raisin and date pecan cereal, 1 cup of skim milk (270)

Snack - Banana (110)

Lunch - 1 serving of leftover chicken bruschetta bake (without the cheese), Sugar free jello pudding, Apple (415)

Snack - PC wholegrain oat peanut butter bar (170)

Dinner - 1/3 thin crust cheese pizza with fresh mushrooms and red onion on top, 1 cup of garden salad, 1 tbsp. balsamic vinagrette dressing, Diet coke (350)

Snack - Hostess lemon cupcakes - 3pk. (100)

Daily Total - 1415 calories, 22 grams of fibre
