Today is my two-year anniversary with Brian. I can't wait to go home and celebrate! Stupid work getting in the way of all things fun. Ah well!
Last night I didn't do a whole lot. Brian and I caught up on Monday's How I Met Your Mother and Big Bang Theory. They were both really funny! And then we watched The Biggest Loser. And that's it basically! It was a relaxing evening in.
Meals for Tuesday:
Breakfast - 3/4 cup of apple jacks, 1 cup of skim milk, 1 banana (310 calories)
Snack - Apple, Sugar free pudding (140 calories)
Lunch - Sesame bagel, 2 slices lean turkey lunch meat, 1 tbsp. light mayo, 1 cup of pineapple (410 calories)
Snack - Crunchy whole grain oats peanut butter bar (170 calories)
Dinner - Blue menu portion controlled burger, bun, 1 tbsp. ketchup, 1 tbsp. mustard, Diet coke (310 calories)
Snack - 15 whole grain rice crisps, 100 calorie aero bar (290 calories)
Daily Total - 1630 calories, 15 grams of fibre
