Finally at the 30 lb. Mark !

Yays! Finally reached 30 lbs. loss! Only lost 1 lb. this week, but I know it's going to be slower now and I'm ok with that. I might wait a few weeks before weighing myself again... then again maybe I'll cave and weigh in. We'll take it day-by-day. I'm at a healthy weight, the rest of the loss is just for appearance purposes so it's ok that it's slower.

Yesterday I went with Brian and his mom to a lunch for his Nanny's birthday. It was really fun and I hadn't seen his extended family since the summertime so it was really good to see everyone!

Meals for Sunday:

Breakfast - 2 slices of weight watcher's toast, 1 tbsp. light peanut butter, Orange, 1 cup of skim milk

Lunch - (potluck) - 3/4 cup of chili, 1/4 of a chicken salad sandwich on whole wheat, 1 cup of raw veggies, 1 tbsp. dip

Dinner - Subway 6" roasted chicken breast on whole wheat with lettuce, onion, hot peppers and light mayo, Diet coke, 1 bag of baked lays chips

Meals for Monday:

Breakfast - Vitamuffin top, 1 cup of skim milk, Orange

Snack - Apple

Lunch - Whole wheat pita, 2 slices lean turkey, lettuce, red onion, 1 tbsp. light miracle whip, Pear, Sugar free pudding, Diet coke

Snack - Fibre one granola bar

Dinner - 1/4 of a bbq chicken pizza (280 calories), 1 cup of salad, 1 tbsp. balsamic vinagrette dressing

Snack - Weight watcher's strawberry shortcake dessert (170 calories)

Workout - 45 minutes of Kickboxing

    How's it going with incorporating more calories into your diet to make up for the amount you are losing 'cause of all your kickass kickboxing?

  2. Thanks Val! I started having bigger breakfasts... not necessarily more calories, but just more filling... and then I've been eating when i'm hungry instead of like well I usually eat now and have this snack... I'll have my bag of food for the day and when I'm hungry I'll grab what I think will be filling. Some days I think I eat less! But I'm not as hungry. I guess it was just time of day?
