Last night I watched as Canada made it past the semi finals in men's hockey.... tomorrow's game for the gold will be crazyness! I also watched the women take home silver in curling.... we're doing so well! It's quite inspiring to watch.
I think I'm attempting another run outside this morning... my dad claims the weather is super mild, so I may as well make use of it! Just me, my ipod and the road baby!
Meals for Friday:
Breakfast - 1 cup of kashi oat and honey almond flax cereal, 1 cup of skim milk (300)
Lunch - 1/2 can of blue menu low sodium minestrone soup (lots of veggies!), Apple, Sugar free pudding, Diet coke (310)
Snack - Dark chocolate mocha granola square (110)
Dinner - 2 mini chicken pot pies, 1/2 cup of peas (440)
Snack - 15 sea salt multigrain rice crisps, 100 calorie pack of cinnamon streusal cofee cupcakes (290)
Daily Total - 1450 calories, 28 grams of fibre
