Good morning,
It's been a great weekend so far and hopefully that continues today :-) Friday after work Brian and I made a delicious honey pecan chicken for dinner and watched Inventon of Lying. Then we went to a party for Val's birthday. I wasn't really in the drinking mood so I didn't have too much. Was in bed before 2am. Saturday Brian and I spent the day in our pjs watching movies and reading. I went home for dinner because my parents were arriving at that time for a visit. Is really great to see them! Today I've got to get ready because we're going for lunch for Brian's sister's birthday and then we're heading to my cousin's for my sister's engagement celebration. Brian and I will celebrate Valentine's Day later on tonight or even tomorrow.
Meals for Friday:
Breakfast - Vita muffin top, 1 cup skim milk
Snack - Banana
Lunch - 1/2 can blue menu low sodium minestrone soup, Jello sugar free pudding
Snack - Fibre one granola bar
Dinner - 1 serving honey pecan chicken, 1 serving stir fry veggies in 1/2 tsp. of oil, Diet coke
Drinks at party - 2 beers, 4 jello shots, 1 shot of vodka
Meals for Saturday:
Breakfast / Lunch - 2 slices whole wheat toast, 2 tbsp. peanut butter, 1 cut up apple, 1 cup of green grapes
Snack - Chocolate peanut butter granola bar
Dinner - Smokin' stampede quesadilla, 1/2 cup of peas, 1 cup of skim milk
Snack - 10 sweet potato tortilla chips, 100 calorie reese wafer, sugar free hard candy, 1 cup of 10 calorie cranberry pomegranite juice
