I love Sundays.... so relaxing.... and I know this one will be too! I have had a great weekend so far! Yesterday Brian and I played some Super Mario, did some reading, went for a walk to Shopper's so I could pick up a few things... then he headed off to work and Val came over. We made chicken bruschetta bake for dinner with a spinach, apple and raisin salad. Then we went and saw the movie Valentine's Day. That movie has gotten quite the bad rep....but I loved it! I didn't go in expecting it to be amazing, just because there's so many good actors in it.... I took it for what it was worth: An amusing chick flick....and I thought it was a really good one! I'll definitely be buying it when it comes out :-)
I got home from the movie around 9:15pm and Brian was home from work shortly after so we hung out some more before heading to bed around midnight.
Today will be movie watching, and then we're going to try out a Crisp-and-Creamy Baked chicken recipe with a side of cooked baby carrots.... and then of course the Canada vs US hockey game will be on...that'll be an intense one to watch!

Meals for Saturday:
Breakfast- 1 cup of skim milk, 1 scoop of slimfast powder, Banana (310)
Lunch- 1 slice of Oats and Honey high fibre toast, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, 1 tbsp. honey, 1 cup of grapes, Jello sugar free pudding (430)
Snack- Orange, 1 cup of diet coke (80)
Dinner- 1 serving of chicken bruschetta bake, 1 cup of salad with spinach, 1/2 box of raisins, 1/3 of an apple, 1 tbsp. balsamic fig vinagrette dressing (450)
Snack- 100 calorie pack of popcorn, 1 ferrara roche chocolate (180)
Daily Total- 1450 calories
Workout - 30 minute walk outside
