Woots! My cranky pants mood is gone! Yesterday was horrible. I was just in the worst mood at work and everything seemed to irritate me. But then I got to go home, take a nice bath, watch some good TV with Brian and nap on the couch. It was a relaxing night that I am thankful I had!
Biggest Loser was 9pm-11pm last night so I'm only running on about 6 hours of sleep... but I'm feeling decently well rested so that's good. It'll be a latte kind of day though for sure. Biggest Loser was good, but I'm starting to get attached to the contestants! Pretty soon I'll be crying everytime someone gets kicked off.... oh dear.
Meals for Tuesday:
Breakfast - Vitamuffin top (banana chocolate chip flavor), 1 cup of skim milk
Snack - Banana, 2 jamieson calcium chews
Lunch - 12-grain bagel, 2 slices lean turkey, 1 tbsp. light mayo, Apple, Kiwi
Snack - Fibre one granola bar
Dinner - Blue menu portion controlled burger, bun, 1 tbsp. ketchup, 1 tsp. mustard, 1/2 cup of peas, Diet dr. pepper
Snack - 100 calorie bag of lays, 100 calorie reese wafers
