Down 34 lbs.....

Good morning all,

I'm down another 1.8 lbs this week for a total of 34 lbs. I am pretty happy with that number for sure! I like that I can eat what I want and still lose weight. I really enjoy healthy healthy breakfasts and lunches, so sometimes that allows me to indulge a little at night and still see the results I want. It's been great!

Yesterday was such a relaxing day! Brian and I watched Terminator Salvation, baked some muffins, and made our crisp and creamy chicken bake for dinner. It was so good! You put the chicken in 6 tbsp. of shake 'n' bake, and cook for 20 minutes. Then you pour a mixture of skim milk and cream of celery soup overtop, and top that with 1 cup of shredded marble cheese. You put back in the oven for 5 more minutes so that the cheese and sauce melts all over the chicken. We will definitely be making this again.... it was so good! After dinner, we walked over to Brian's (the weather has been so great!) and watched The Knowing before the hockey game started. Then we of course watched the Canada vs US game and were highly disappointed when we lost. Hopefully we can win the next one!

Meals for Sunday:

Breakfast - 1 cup of skim milk, 1 scoop of slimfast powder, Banana (310)

Lunch - 1 slice of oat and honey toast, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, 1 tbsp. honey, Apple, Sugar free jello pudding (410)

Snack - Orange, 1 cup of diet coke (80)

Dinner - 1 serving of crisp and creamy chicken bake (with the serving of rice), 1/2 cup of cooked baby carrots (450)

Snack - Easter cream egg (my first of the season and it was quite delicious!) (160)

Workout - 15 minute walk

Daily Total - 1410 calories, 20 g. fibre
