It went by far too fast! Today I woke up and decided to go for a run outside with my sister. It's a little hard to run against the February winds, but I think we did quite well! After lunch I walked over to Brian's and we watched Inglorious Bastards. It was a good movie, but did not live up to the hype, in my opinion. Glad I finally saw it though. We headed back to my place because my mom was making a big turkey dinner. It was delicious! And tonight we relaxed and watched He's Just Not That Into You. Hopefully my stupid eye starts to feel better soon.... it's making me feel permanently tired!
Meals for today:
Breakfast - 2 slices weight watcher's toast, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, 1 tbsp. sugar free raspberry jam, 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup pineapple
Lunch - 1/2 flax bagel, 1 slice lean turkey lunch meat, 1 tbsp. light miracle whip, Banana, Sugar free jello pudding
Snack - Fibre one granola bar
Dinner - 3 oz. turkey (white meat), 1 serving each of carrots, broccoli and green beans, 2 mini potatoes, 1 cup of Ocean spray diet cranberry pomegranite juice
Snack - Diet coke, 10 sweet potato tortilla chips, 1 ferrera roche chocolate
Workout - 35 minute job outside
