Hello, hello. I am happy to report an actual productive day on my part! That's a rare occurance. I kept myself busy at work creating checklists for the new job I'll be taking over shortly. I'm feeling slightly more confident about it, though still a little lost.... I feel as though I'm in over my head sometimes....
Anyways, after work I came home and did some old school Wii Fit. It had been 63 days since I last used that particular game, so of course it was like, "Wow, you've lost 19.2 lbs!" I didn't do a particularly vigorous workout.... I was feeling rather sluggish today. So I did a light 25 minute workout and it felt much better to me than napping would. I then had dinner, did a mass cleaning of my room, and some ironing. Then it was prep time - I'm doing a government test tomorrow for a job with the Department of Justice. I'm a little nervous, but it'll be a learning experience nonetheless. And now it's relax time....and boy am I going to enjoy it! Brian downloaded me the Kevin Smith podcasts, so I'm getting started on those.
Meals for today:
Breakfast - 1 cup of kashi oat and honey almond flax cereal, 1 cup of skim milk (300)
Snack - Banana, Apple (190)
Lunch - 2 slices of oat and honey bread, 2 slices of lean ham, 1 tbsp. light mayo, 1 cup of grapes (425)
Snack - Special k fruit crisps (100)
Dinner - Smokin' stampede quesadilla, 1 cup of diet coke (290)
Snack - 15 riceworks sea salt whole grain rice crisps, 100 calorie pack of oreo cakesters, 1 cup of diet ocean spray pomegranite and cranberry juice (300)
Workout - 25 minutes of Wii Fit
Daily Total - 1605 calories, 27 grams of fibre
