1 Weekday Down, 4 To Go....

That's the way the beginning of the week is already feeling like.... a countdown. I'm just drained right now and I don't want to have to go through the work week this week. I just wanna curl up in bed and sleep for days. That'd be nice. I'm just in an all around bad mood right now. Ah well, this too shall pass, right?

Had kickboxing tonight. Learning lots of new things each class, which is awesome. It's still a crazy intense workout, but I'm already noticing that it doesn't have me out of breath as much as those first couple classes did. Yay for getting in better shape!

Meals for Monday:

Breakfast - Vitamuffin top (double chocolate flavor), 1 cup of skim milk

Snack - Banana, 2 jamieson calcium chews

Lunch - 4 tomato and basil triscuts, 1 tbsp. chipotle humus, Apple, Fat free vanilla pudding

Snack - Fibre one granola bar

Dinner - 1 serving of leftover southwestern chicken meal (recipe Brian and I made on Sunday - 390 calories)

Snack - 2 chips a hoy cookies (110 calories for 2)

Workout - 45 minutes Kickboxing
