What A Day, What A Day....

Today was just one of those weird days... tiring days..... I'm sure I'll rest up good tonight and be energized for tomorrow!

Yesterday I went grocery shopping after work. Picked up lots of good stuff! Then Brian picked me up at the grocery store and we headed to Blockbuster to check out the previously viewed movies. After we stocked up on movies, we headed to my place to make the yummy turkey burgers I found a recipe for. They're basically ground turkey with taco seasoning and miracle whip mixed in. You make 12 small patties. On top of 6 patties you put a cheddar cheese and salsa mixture. Then you top those with the other half of the patties. They were so delicious! And then of course it was Biggest Loser night. It was a "To Be Continued" episode so that was rather annoying. I have to wait a week to find out who got kicked off? Ughs!

Here's what I picked up grocery shopping:
- Bananas
- Broccoli
- Weight watcher's bread
- Sugar free raspberry jam
- Ocean Spray diet cranberry pomegranite juice (10 calories per cup!)
- Ground turkey
- Frozen stir fry veggies
- Ground turkey
- Blue menu low sodium minestrone soup
- Fibre one oats and caramel bar
- Specal k fruit crisps (essentially 100 calorie pop tarts... delicious!)

Tonight is my last night at kickboxing. I'm going to miss it, but I'll make the most of it this evening! I told Brian I'm going to work so hard he may have to carry me to the car after... ha ha.

Meals for Tuesday:

Breakfast - Vitamuffin top, 1 cup of skim milk, Orange

Snack - Apple, 2 jamieson calcium chews

Lunch - Whole wheat pita, 2 tbsp. roasted veggie and cheddar cheese dip, Jello sugar free pudding, Diet coke

Snack - Fibre one bar

Dinner - Turkey burger, Weight watcher's bun, lettuce, tomato, 1 tbsp. salsa, 1 cup of acai berry v8 fusion drink

Snack - 100 calorie bag of lays, Special k fruit crisps

Meals for Wednesday:

Breakfast - Vitamuffin top, Banana, Starbucks tall skinny caramel latte

Snack - Unsweetened apple and pomegranite applesauce

Lunch - Whole wheat pita, 2 slices lean ham (25 calories for 2 slices), 1 tbsp. light miracle whip, Apple, Jello sugar free pudding, Diet coke

Dinner - Blue menu sheppards pie (390 calories), 1 tbsp. ketchup

Snack - Fibre one granola bar

Workout - 45 minutes of kickboxing
