Can't wait for shorts and sun and swimming and lazing. Why can't it just be June already? Had a busy day at work today which was nice. Time flew. Tonight I went grocery shopping and then to kickboxing. Was a ton of fun as always. Found some new things grocery shopping again so I shall post what I picked up in case anyone out there needs ideas:
- Oranges
- Pears
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Whole wheat pita
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4)
- Blue menu sweet potato tortilla chips (they look so good!)
- Smokin' Stampede quesadillas
- BBQ chicken and hot peppers pizza (looks like the one from pizza pizza, so yum!)
- Taco seasoning
- Light miracle whip
- Jello sugar free pudding
I also made an amazing pasta dish for dinner tonight. I cooked some omega 3 pasta with protein, steamed some broccoli and red onion, cut up some sundried tomatoes.... mixed it all together in 1/4 cup of red pepper alfredo pasta sauce.... yum! Even better than a restaurant, I swear. And quite nutritious!
Meals for Wednesday:
Breakfast - Vitamuffin top
Snack - Banana, 2 jamieson calcium chews
Lunch - Subway 6" turkey breast on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato and light mayo, Diet coke and bag of baked lays chips
Dinner - 3/4 cup cooked blue menu omega 3 pasta with protein, broccoli, red onion, sundried tomatoes, 1/4 cup of red pepper alfredo sauce, 1 cup of acai berry v8 juice
Snack - 100 calorie reese wafers
Workout - 45 minutes of kickboxing
