For My Birthday, I Give You All Gorgeous Weather!

Seriously, it's supposed to be shorts weather on Friday! I'm so excited to enjoy my birthday dinner out on a patio somewhere, working on my tan..... I feel like I haven't worked yet this week and tomorrow is already the last workday before the long weekend! You can't beat that feeling!

Tuesday was a busy and quick moving day at work. When I got home that evening I relaxed with Brian and we watched the end of Season 10 of Friends, as well as The Biggest Loser.

Today I took the day off of work to take a government test for a job I got screened into. There were a couple hundred people taking the test, but the test seemed fairly simple and straightforward. Even if I don't get this specific position, I'll still be considered in their job pool for a couple of years. My test ended at 11am and Brian picked me up and we headed around town looking at the areas of some apartments we found online. It's getting stressful because it seems everyone and their dog has an opinion about different areas in Ottawa! It ends up scaring me a bit, until I tell myself that every single place has sketchy people. You never know your neighbors.... it doesn't matter where you live. Yes, that's a sad thought. And yes, this is one of the reasons I am such a homebody. The world is not a good and safe place. Anyways, after we did our little search, we headed to the movies to escape reality and see Alice in Wonderland. While it was entertaining, I had pretty high expectations for it and was left slightly disappointed. Don't get me wrong, it's good movie, it's just not as amazing as I know it could've been! After the movie, we did some grocery shopping.

Here is what I picked up:
- Raspberries
- Bananas
- Strawberries
- 12-grain bagels
- Lean bologna
- Blue menu chicken meatballs
- McCain's International Deluxe pizza
- McCain's International Multigrain tomato and chicken pizza
- Mini bags of Miss Vickie's plain chips
- Skim milk
- Eggs
- 35% Whipping Cream
- Baker's semi sweet chocolate

I also went for a run with Val before dinner. Our time was about 30 seconds longer than last week, but we also got stopped at two fairly long red lights. It's frustrating because I feel like I ran so much faster today, but I'll just have to pick it up again next time and hope for less red lights cramping my style!

This evening I just did some spring cleaning and vegged. Ahhhh... bring on the weekend please and thank you :)

Down 43 lbs :-)

Good morning!

Well, I am down another 1.8 lbs this week, for a total of 43 lbs! I don't know if I deserved to lose though, to be honest! I mean, I had a fantastic week full of workouts and healthy food, but I did drink a fair amount on Saturday and then yesterday was a bit of an off day. But I'll take the weightloss and continue working hard!

Friday after work I met up with Brian and Greg and we headed to the Boston Pizza in Kanata for dinner. I tried the "delicious alternative" spicy chicken & garlic pizza (650 calories for the entire individual pizza!) It was fantastic! We then went to Scotiabank Place and saw Billy Talent in concert, with Cancer Bats, Against Me and Alexisonfire all opening for them. The concert was really fun and I had a blast! I got home around 11:45pm and was asleep by 12:30am.

Saturday Brian and I had a lazy day.... slept in..... watched the movies Tommy Boy and Step Brothers. We also did the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred workout dvd. I wanted to get an intense workout in before drinking at night. My birthday party was that evening and it was awesome! Val did an Easter Egg hunt for us and the hiding places were really creative (some eggs were hidden in blown up balloons!) I stayed out til about 3:30am and was in bed by around 4am.

Sunday I got up around 9am and spent the day in kind of a daze.... when you go to bed so late, the following day always feel like a write-off.... We watched some tv, went to Danielle's around 2pm to help clean (though she'd already done most of it), brought the empties back to the beer store.....then Brian had to go into work for a meeting so I went home, got myself something to eat (it was now 3:30pm and I hadn't eaten yet!) and just napped on and off on the couch. Brian came back over around 8pm and we watched some episodes of Friends....

New Clothing Purchases....

Forgot to post my new clothes earlier! I bought this spring jacket: http://www.suzyshier.com/eng/productdetails/redirect.cfm?sectionID=b2c/style/productDetails.cfm&itemID=011346854248&&var=d&ckey=CA&place_holderID=15&number_results=8

I could've done a lot more damage but I'm waiting until May for my new spring / summer wardrobe!

Billy Talent Tonight!!

Happy Friday all you bloggers,

I'm so ready for a fantastic weekend - dinner out and concert tonight, party for my birthday tomorrow. I wish it was 3pm already so I could get my weekend started!

Yesterday I went shopping with Val after work.... I found a cute spring jacket - it's short and grey....I really like it. I also bought a t-shirt. I wanted to find something fun for my party on Saturday, but I figure I can just wear one of the dresses I bought back in February. No sense in buying a new outfit for every event!

After shopping, I headed over to Brian's and we watched Zombieland on blu ray. We saw the movie in theatres, but even the second time around I thought it was hilarious! This movie seriously hasn't gotten enough attention.

Breakfast - Blue menu dark chocolate bran muffin, 1 cup of skim milk (250 calories)

I Am So Done With The Wind....

Val and I will go for a run and end up running against the wind both on the way there and on the way back. How does that even work? I could turn it into a positive and say it's an added challenge to our workout.... but ughs it's annoying! I'm going to start posting my times here so that it gives me a push to work harder each time. Today we ran the 4.5 km in 28 minutes and 27 seconds. Not too shabby!

Now I'm relaxing in bed.....gonna be an early night tonight!

Oh Hello There Wednesday....I Do Not Like You....

I had such a rough time getting out of bed this morning! Wednesdays suck. You're not still refreshed like near the beginning of the week, but you're not through enough of the week yet to be getting excited about the weekend.

Last night I hungout with Brian and we watched Saw 6. It was so gruesome! I love it because those movies are so psychological too and they're really fun to try to figure out....but seriously, they are not for the faint of heart! After sitting through all that blood and gore, we settled in to watch The Biggest Loser. It was the episode where they all got to go home for a week. It was so great to see all their families reactions! In just 9 weeks, some of them have lost well over 100 pounds!

Breakfast - Blue menu dark chocolate bran muffin, 1 cup of skim milk (250 calories)

Snack - 1 cup of raspberries, 1 Activia lemon merengue yogurt (180 calories)

Grocery Day :)

I love buying groceries, but I am starting to hate going to No Frills. Not only is half the stuff there expired, but they're always out of the most basic things (I don't know how many times I've gone there and they've run out of bananas!) Ughs. But I still found some good stuff so I can't be too frustrated.

Today was the most hectic day at work.... everything seemed to go wrong! It made the day go by super fast, but it was a bit too stressful for my liking. I'm hoping the rest of my week runs a little more smoothly.

Down 41.2 lbs and Counting....

I am quite happy to be down another 1.4 lbs this week for a total of 41.2 lbs! I expect I'll be losing quite a bit slower from now on. Over the next couple of weeks I'd be happy to maintain. This coming weekend I'll be out for dinner and a concert Friday and then a party for my birthday on Saturday. Next weekend I'll be out for dinner at least Friday on my actual birthday and then it's Easter weekend. Hey, if I was able to do well over Christmas, Easter should be a piece of cake, right? Ha, cake.

My weekend was wonderful.... I had no concrete plans, so I got to do all the things that make me happy. Friday evening I caught up on my girly shows (90210 and Parenthood), did some laundry, and then Brian came over and we watched Couple's Retreat. Saturday I opened the windows and let the fresh air run through the house as I cleaned the kitchen and front entranceway. I then went for an incredible run. It was a bit chilly out and quite windy, but I ran the 4.5 km route that I do with Val, and only had to stop once to walk for a few minutes. I'll be running a full 5 km in no time! After my run I came back home, took a mini nap, made myself some dinner and settled in to watch a couple movies. I watched 500 Days Of Summer for the first time. I wanted very much to dislike it because it just seems to be so popular with everyone, and I like to be different from time to time! But, everyone was right, this movie is fantastic. I also watched What Happens in Vegas. Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher have horrible chemistry, but this movie always makes me laugh! On Sunday Brian and I went for a drive and checked out the outside of a couple apartments we saw online.... just to see the area they were in... so that was fun. And then we saw Shutter Island. This movie is phenomenal! I LOVED it! Everyone should go see it :-) We went back to Brian's after the movies and made dinner for ourselves and his parents. http://www.kraftcanada.com/en/recipes/foil-packet-southwestern-chicken-dinner-90405.aspx This is the second time we've tried this recipe, and it's just fantastic! Sunday evening we vegged and watched a couple more movies - Year One and Gamer. Both of which we've seen before, but still fun to watch.

Sleep Is Not For The Weak.

I can't wait to sleep in this weekend! When 5:30am on Saturday hits and I am still fast asleep, cozy in my bed, I will be one happy lady.

Work went by so insanely fast yesterday. I don't think I was at my desk for more than an hour! I'm hoping today is a little more relaxed, but that time goes by just as fast :-) After work I came home, had dinner, then headed to Brian's. We watched the movie Body of Lies, which was pretty good.... not one I'd likely buy and watch again though. We also started looking up apartments online.... gotta find us a place to live soon! We've found a few potentials, but they don't start viewing for June until April (one even won't let us go see until May 1st!)

Happy Belated St. Patty's Day!

Did everyone enjoy St. Patty's Day? I sure did! But I did not go out and celebrate.... I enjoyed a much needed night of sleep! I got home from work and went for a run outside with Val. It was gorgeous out, but again, the wind makes it quite exhausting! I'm feeling my endurance go up a bit though, which is nice. I came home, had dinner, and then the pj's came on! I was in bed, lights out -no joke - by 9pm. I did not sleep well enough on Tuesday night, but now I am feeling well rested and full of energy!

I got screened in for another government job. My second one this year - woo! This is for "various clerical positions," and I go in for the general competency test on March 31st. Fingers crossed that I'm competent!

Wishing I Was Home And In Bed....

I am so tired today for some reason! I do like to wake up super early to get my workday out of the way by 3pm, but sometimes that 5:30am wakeup call is impossible! I'll definitely be in bed early tonight.

After work yesterday I came home and decided to make some muffins from the blue menu muffin mixes I bought. I made the dark chocolate bran ones and had one for breakfast this morning. Essentially they're just bran muffins with 1-2 chocolate chips per, but luckily I love the taste of bran muffins!

Brian and I stayed in last night and watched the movie Death Proof. I love a good movie where the ladies kick ass! And Biggest Loser was a great episode!

Ahhh Sunshine....

Apparently it went up to 16 today! I took full advantage of it by going for a run outside when I got home from work. It was a bit windy, but honestly, even the wind was warm! I felt like it was easier to make myself push just a little harder.... when it's cold out I get the instinct to just hibernate and do as little as possible. I put on my ipod workout playlist I created and let Britney, Gwen and Fergie keep me motivated.

I went for groceries this evening as well. I've had a few more people ask for my blog link recently, and it prompted me to go back and read past posts. What I realized is, man I don't always eat the best! I am certainly no example of the "perfect" diet. But I came to the conclusion that I will forever be a work in progress. Some days I am really motivated to eat really clean - lots of fruits, veggies, fresh meals. Other days, all I want is processed food - junk. Weightloss really is all about the numbers. I've been able to consistently lose weight each week by taking in the right amount of calories. I strive to make better food choices, but I do still need treats each and everyday. If I did not allow myself this, well I would not have lost this much weight. I would not have made this lifestyle change at all if it were an all or nothing thing. And with that, you'll see in my grocery list that I bought a lot of treats. I wanted to stock my shelves with delicious snacks so that I had stuff on hand for whatever craving hits. This weekend was the first time in a long time that I was actually tempted to eat the chips and candy Brian was snacking on while we were watching TV. I need portion controlled snacks on hand so that I don't feel like binging on the super size bags of whatever my friends are consuming. My grocery list is a mixture of good for you foods and not so good for you foods. I am a work in progress.

My grocery list:

-Peaches
-Strawberries
-Red pepper
-Broccoli
-Light ceaser salad
-Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- Egg whites
-Skim milk
-Sugar free pudding

-Blue menu apple cinnamon bran muffin mix (6 grams fibre per muffin!)
-150 calorie bags of kettlecorn popcorn
-100 calorie areo chocolate bars
-150 calorie bags of ruffles all dressed chips
-100 calorie bags of cheetos
-Skittles

Meals for Monday:

Breakfast - 21 mini wheats, 1 cup of skim milk (280 calories)

Spring Ahead....Down 39.8 lbs....

Getting up at 5:30am, when it is technically 4:30am (pre-daylight savings) is rough. Definitely dark and cold this morning when I went to catch the bus. But it'll stay lighter later on in the evenings so that should be good!

Anywho, I'm down another 1.6 lbs so 39. 8 lbs total. I was hoping to hit the 40 lb mark this morning but ah well, next week for sure!

Yesterday was a good and relaxing day. The weather was horrible, so Brian and I stayed in watching movies. We watched Up, The Goonies and Law Abiding Citizen. We also made a new recipe http://www.kraftcanada.com/en/recipes/saucy-pepper-steak-109637.aspx. I loved it!

I'm Done With Today....Let's Bring On Tomorrow

I'll recap Friday before venting about today.... So Friday was good. Work went by quickly, I came home, relaxed, had dinner, watched some tv and then decided to do the new Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred dvd I got. It's only a 20 minute workout and I did the beginner level and man it made me feel so out of shape! It's quite intense and I am definitely hurting today. Bring on the shred Miss Jillian! Later on in the evening I went to a party to celebrate my friend Tanya's 25th birthday.

Today started off well....I slept in and then Brian and I went out for breakfast. He headed to work for 1pm and I went to the mall to shop. I had to be out of my house from 1pm-4pm for the inspection today. I could not spend 3 hours in that mall! I was bored out of my mind. I did buy a cute new pair of peep toe high heeled shoes for spring and got a couple new bras (I got fitted so that I knew my correct size). It starts lightly raining and is freezing out and I get off the bus to my house around 3:55pm. There are three cars in my driveway so I guess the inspection is still going on. So I go to the park across the street and sit on the bleachers for 20 minutes until they leave. So cold! After they leave, I go home and open my garage (we have a code so that's how I get in my house) and then go to open the door to get inside and it's locked! Urghs. We even put a sign on the inside of the door saying, "Do not lock this door" so that the real estate agents would know. Anyways, I call my mom and get her to let me know where the spare key is and I finally get inside. And then my freaking garage door will not close! I'm so annoyed. I go sit on the couch and realize I'm sitting on some kids drawing.... I'm guessing kids were at this inspection? I go upstairs and there are my dvd's thrown in random places on my shelf! I hope I'm not missing any! But man, who lets their kid go through a stranger's dvds when at their house?! I don't like people touching my stuff and I am soooooo not impressed. I'm so glad this will all be over soon.

Last night Brian and I did some groceries and then went to see an advanced screening of She's Out Of My League. Thanks again Val, for passing the tickets along to us! It was such a funny movie. Spring is in the Air....

And it's making me sleepy! I've noticed a lot of other people saying this too, but man, I've been tired lately! Monday I napped on and off all evening and then went to bed at 9:30pm. Tuesday I napped before Biggest Loser. And last night I dozed off for an hour and then went to bed at 9:30pm. And all this sleep doesn't make it any easier to get up in the morning.... can't wait for summer!

Last night I celebrated my two-year anniversary with Brian. His plan was to recreate our first date, which was really cute. On our first date we went to Montana's for dinner and then to see the movie Semi Pro (which I now own). So we, of course, went to Montana's for dinner and then back to my place to watch the movie. I had this amazing salad called Apple Pecan Harvest Salad. I normally do not enjoy ordering salads at restaurants, but this one was awesome! Thanks Val for the lovely suggestion. It had lettuce, pecans, apples, dried cranberries, feta cheese and sweet red peppers. It was only 320 calories too! Yummm.... Brian got me a gift card to my favorite clothing store, which is really sweet because I'm running low on clothes to wear and am looking forward to a shopping spree! And he seemed to really enjoy the 24 little gifts I got him for the 24 months we've been together.

Tonight we get to see an advanced screening of She's Out Of My League. Val won the tickets but cannot go because she has dance, so she gave the tickets to Brian and I. I'm really looking forward to seeing this movie... should be funny!

Ah Home Again....

I'm such a homebody.... someone put an offer on the house yesterday.... we're just waiting on inspections and financing and all that jazz. So there will not likely be anymore showings. Things are starting to get back to normal. For a little while anyways. I got home from work today and went straight out for a run with Val. The weather was gorgeous but man, the wind was brutal! It was good though, very rejuvenating! I love getting a workout in before dinner... I'm already tired from the workday.... and often if I go home to relax a bit beforehand, I talk myself out of getting off the couch. So I got the workout done by 5pm, came home, showered and put the pj's on, made dinner and it was veg time. I've gone from laying on the couch watching tv, to laying in bed listening to Kevin Smith podcasts. Dozing off every so often.... it's glorious.

Breakfast - 3/4 cup of apple jacks cereal, 1 cup of skim milk, Banana (310 calories)

Down 38.2 lbs.....

Happy Monday everyone! And a very happy 25th birthday to Miss Melissa! Hope you have a wonderful day.

I'm quite happy to report that I am down another 2.2 lbs this week - 38.2 lbs total! It definitely felt good this weekend with all the nice spring weather, and I cannot wait to splurge on a new summer wardrobe!

Yesterday, I didn't have time for a workout like I'd planned, but I did walk over to Brian's and took a little detour so that it was a nice 25 minute walk. We watched Ferris Bueller's Day Off, baked some muffins and tried out a new recipe (creamy basil and red pepper pasta). It turned out really well and his parents seemed to like it too! We watched the first bit of the Oscars, but I wanted to get to bed by 10ish so I will have to check the paper this morning to read up on it.

Meals for Sunday:

Breakfast - 3/4 cup of special k vanilla almond cereal, 1 cup of skim milk, Banana (310 calories)

Lunch - Sesame bagel, 2 slices of turkey lunch meat, 1 tbsp. light mayo, 1 cup of strawberries, Sugar free pudding (440 calories)

Sunny Day...Sweepin' the Clouds Away....

Good morning all,

Well, it's Sunday. I hope today goes by a little slower because the weekend has been so hectic that I've barely had time to breathe. Like I explained earlier, we had five showings yesterday so I spent the day with Brian at his place. We got woken up by the real estate agent calling my cell phone at 9am to confirm another showing time. Urgh. But then we had a nice day....watched a couple movies (Red Dawn and The Soloist), watched some episodes of How I Met Your Mother, and took Bailey, his puppy, for a walk / run. The weather was so fantastic that I just had to take her out for a run....even though she'd just been given a bath that morning....so with this spring weather, she definitely got dirty all over again....my bad!

I headed home at 5ish that afternoon to have dinner with my family. We had some chicken on the BBQ, and then hungout, watched the hockey game, and Mom and I looked up some recipes online. They left to go back to Fredericton this morning, but will be coming to visit again Easter weekend (my birthday). Brian came over around 10pm and we curled up and watched a bit more tv.

My plan for today is to hopefully squeeze in a workout, shower, get my laundry folded and put away, lunch packed, a quick scan to make sure the house is presentable for the showings this afternoon - all in the next two and a half hours.... and then walk over to Brian's where we'll be making a new recipe for dinner, baking muffins and possibly settling in to watch the Oscars.

Meals for Saturday:

Breakfast - Banana (110 calories)

Lunch - 2 slices of cinnamon raisin toast, 2 tbsp. peanut butter, 1 cut up apple (420 calories)

Snack - Fibre plus granola bar, 1 cup of orange juice (230 calories)

Dinner - 3 oz. chicken, 1 tbsp. of bbq sauce, 1/2 cup of multigrain rice, 1 serving of grilled veggies (peppers, onion, broccoli, mushroom and celery) cooked in 1 tsp. of oil, Diet coke (450 calories)

Snack - 15 wholegrain rice chips, Hostess 100 calorie pack of cupcakes (290 calories)

Daily Total - 1500 calories, 28 grams of fibre

Workout - 20 minute walk / run outside

Gorgeous Weather....

Aww man, it was gorgeous out today....and I think my cold kind of blew over! Friday there ended up being a showing of our house between 5pm and 6pm....so we didn't get to cook our dinner again. I decided now was as good a time as any to go out and buy myself new running shoes! So Brian picked me up and I tried on two pairs that looked cute and were in my price range... one was black with turquoise, which would've been better for keeping them looking clean after outdoor runs... but the white with pink ones were slightly more comfortable. They're as light as air! The tops are basically see-through mesh....lots of breathing room for the feet :-) I'm excited to start using them! Here they are: http://www.sportchek.ca/product/index.jsp?productId=3797983 They're just so cute!

We grabbed Subway for dinner and then went book shopping at Chapters. I've read some of the Hungry Girl's online tips and seen her recipe books before... but I found this box of recipe cards and every single recipe sounded amazing! I didn't feel like spending any more money, so I didn't pick it up. I may try to find the recipes online, or I may buy it later on. We'll see!

We then went to go see the movie "Cop Out." We found the movie hilarious! It was the first movie Kevin Smith directed, but didn't write. I really enjoyed it :-) It was the perfect funny movie to end a hectic week!

After the movie we headed to the Superstore to pick up some groceries. Here's what we ended up with:

- Bag of ceaser salad
- Bananas
- Apples
- Blueberries
- Hamburger buns
- Sesame bagels
- Lean turkey lunch meat
- Tuna
- Blue menu low sodium tomato and red pepper soup
- Rice works wholegrain rice chips
- 100 calorie packs of lays
- Smart ones individual chicken fajita pizza
- McCain's spicy chicken pizza
- Blue menu sheppards pie
- Blue menu chicken, peas and sweet potatoes meal
- Blue menu chicken lasagna
- Blue menu omega 3 pasta
- Jars of roasted red peppers
- Blue menu light cream cheese
- Skinless, boneless chicken breasts

I slept over at Brian's last night because we ended up having 5 showings of the house today.... first one starting at 9am. I would've had to be up at 7:30am just to eat, shower and clean up anything I messed while getting ready before rushing out. I needed a good sleep. And a good sleep I had!

Meals for Friday:

Breakfast - 3/4 cup of special k vanilla almond cereal, 1 cup of skim milk, banana (310 calories)

Selling a House is Crazyness!

Yesterday it seemed my phone would not stop ringing! Real estate agent calls my cell around 11am to inform me there will be two showings in the afternoon - 3pm-4pm and 3:30pm-4:30pm. I normally get home around 3:45pm so I had to meet my mom at the mall to hangout and shop a bit before going home. That was fine, we figured we'd just start cooking dinner around 4:45ish and still get to eat around 5:30pm. Well I get another call around 4pm to let me know that there's a showing from 6pm-7pm. So really we couldn't get home, cook the dinner we were planning on cooking, get all the dishes cleaned up and get out of the house by 5:45pm. So that kind of put a damper on the night. From now on I'm eating frozen dinners that take 5 minutes in the microwave to make... because we took out chicken to cook and now we have to find a time to get it cooked up before it goes bad! I also got a call for a showing Saturday afternoon. I'll be looking forward to when this is all done.

So Brian and I grabbed some Subway for dinner... and then watched the movie Rock'n'Rolla. I didn't really like it and wasn't feeling that well so I napped on and off during it. Then we watched Criminal Minds, which was an exceptionally creepy episode this week!

Ok Immune System....Don't Shut Down On Me Now!!

I'm not sick.... I just feel.... less than 100% right now. I can tell that I'm going to be coming down with a cold or the flu... my body has been aching this week, I am lacking energy, and I do feel like I'm going to be sick.... but I can't because my house is up for sale and if I have to stay home sick, I mostly likely can't even stay home. So I guess the plan is to will whatever this is away.

I went for a run outside with Val today. It didn't leave me feeling refreshed like it normally does, but I'm glad I went anyways. She pushes me to run longer than I think I'm capable of, and I appreciate that muchly! I definitely owe some of my cardio improvement to her!

It's going to be +8 this weekend folks! It's getting to be so nice out. Spring is in the air and I bet we all appreciate the sunshine :-)

Imperfections....

I'm feeling very glass half empty the past few days about this whole process. I know I've lost a ton of weight and don't have very far to go, but then I look in the mirror and I start to notice all the imperfections.... areas I need to tone, places that need to look smaller. Will women ever be truly happy with their bodies? I guess I just need to sit back and appreciate the hard work I've put into this and the results of this hard work. I just need to be nicer to myself.

Biggest Loser Returns Tonight!

I cannot be more excited for the return of The Biggest Loser! I'm so unbelievably addicted; I admit it. I love getting home from work, putting some comfy clothes on and giving myself that night to just laze on the couch. No workouts, no cleaning, no errands - just total veg time. And it wasn't the same when The Biggest Loser wasn't on!

I had a great Monday - I was well rested and full of energy all day. After work I went home and had some pizza with my sister and mom. I relaxed for a bit and then Annie came over and we hungout, caught up on our last month or so (we're both so busy, we don't see each other as often as we'd like to). And then I went to bed! This morning was not such a treat waking up though. Alarm - snooze, alarm - snooze, and so on. Hopefully the time passes by quickly at work today.

Meals from Monday:

Breakfast - 1/2 cup of post raisin and date pecan cereal, 1 cup of skim milk (270)

Snack - Banana (110)

Lunch - 1 serving of leftover chicken bruschetta bake (without the cheese), Sugar free jello pudding, Apple (415)
