Weeeeeeeeeeeekend!

The weather is all stormy and cold. Honestly when I got home from work all I wanted to do was put my Pajamas on, grab a blanket and watch a movie on the couch. But I had promised myself I was going to give the Jillian Michael's 6 week six pack a try. I came home starving, which would normally make me want to skip a workout... instead I had a banana to tide me over through the workout, and reminded myself that after my intense workout I get to have delicious (yet healthy) pizza for dinner and then get to go have my nails done :) So I let Jillian Michaels torture me and now I'm feeling pretty good.

Meals for Friday:

Breakfast -Blue menu dark chocolate bran muffin, 1 cup of skim milk (260)

Snack - Jello sugar free pudding, Apple, 2 cups of water (140)

Lunch - 1 serving of leftover 2-step honey Dijon chicken, 1 serving of cooked baby carrots, low sodium v8 juice, Del monte fruit twist (390)

Snack - 3 Lifestyle bran cookies, Banana, 4 cups of water (250)

Dinner - 1/3 of a Dellissio flatbread Tuscan chicken pizza (with spinach and tomato), 2 cups of water (280)

Snack - Mini bag of ketchup chips, 1 Easter cream eggs (yes, they are already selling Easter chocolate!), Diet coke, 2 cups of water (310)

Total - 1630 calories, 22 grams of fiber, 4 fruits, 3 veggies, 11 cups of water.
All I need is to add a bit more fiber....

Workout - Approx: 35 minutes - Jillian Michael's 6 week six pack.

Bring on the weekend!
