I went into work with a positive attitude today.... I was going to make a to-do list and I was going to get that list done. And I did. I felt really productive after a slow few weeks at work. The hours flew by fairly quickly and I am happy to report only three more workdays until it's the weekend.
Last night was good. Brian had his first night back at jiu jitsu and then when he got back home, we watched the new episode of How I Met Your Mother before calling it a night. I'm so glad all my shows are on again because having good shows on while hibernating is really important :) Is it almost summer yet?
I'm going to a wedding show on Jan. 15th, which I'm pretty excited about! I've invited all my bridesmaids to come with and even though there's not much planning involved in a destination wedding, I still think it'll be fun to look around!
Currently watching Iron Man 2 and then will tune into the premiere of The Biggest Loser. I am enjoying a much deserved relaxing evening.
Meals for Tuesday:
Breakfast - Blue menu dark chocolate bran muffin, 1 cup of skim milk (260)
Snack - Silhouette blueberry, blackberry & muesli yogurt, Apple, 2 cups of water (160)
Lunch - 1 serving of leftover Creamy chicken stew (with carrots), Del monte fruit twist, 2 cups of water (420)
Snack - Chocolate caramel granola bar (140)
Dinner - Blue menu portion control burger with 1 slice each of red, yellow and orange pepper on top, bun, 1 tbsp. ketchup, 1 tsp. mustard, 1 garlic & dill pickle, Diet coke (325)
Snack - Mini bag of ketchup chips, 2 Lindor chocolates, 4 cups of water (310)
Total - 1615 calories, 26 grams of fiber, 3 fruits, 2 veggies, 9 cups of water.
Again, pretty on par with all the fiber, fruits, veggies, water, etc, that my body needs! Go me!
