I'm actually not making up excuses for myself as to why I should skip the workout....I'm actually looking forward to it. I guess it really does become a habit after a couple of weeks.... Don't get me wrong, I am beyond exhausted today....but I think this workout will do me some good! Plus, it gives me hangout time with Val! :-)
I'm going to a potluck at work later in the month and I told them I'd bring an appetizer. Does anyone have any healthy ideas? I was thinking of maybe making a roasted red pepper dip.... and hollow out a red pepper as the bowl for the dip? And maybe bring crackers and cut up veggies to dip in.... anyone have a good and simple recipe? Or any other ideas? Let me know!
Meals for today:
Breakfast- Banana, All bran bar
Snack- Starbucks Cinnamon dolce skinny latte
Lunch- 9 small savory and seeds crackers, 3 tbsp. fresh salsa, Apple, 1 sugar free pudding
Snack- 2 oreo wafers (140 calories for 2)
Dinner- Weight Watcher's Smart Ones Santa Fe Rice and Beans meal, 1/2 cup of peas, Diet coke
Snack- Clementine, 1 advent calendar kinder surprise mini egg (30 calories)
Workouts- 35 minutes on elliptical trainer, 5-10 minutes of stretching
