As per usual, the weekend is just crazy busy! I'll update meals for Friday and Saturday and then update today's later on....
Friday:
Breakfast - Yogurt, Pear
Snack - Apple
Lunch - 1 tortilla, 2 tbsp. low fat spinach, 1 sugar free pudding, Clementine
Snack - Caramel nut granola bar, Diet coke
Dinner - 1 portion controlled burger (140 calories), 1 bun, 1 tbsp. ketchup, mustard, 1 serving of fibre+ veggies
Snack - Advent calendar kinder surprise mini egg (35 calories), Oreo wafers (140 calories for 2)
Saturday:
Breakfast - 1/3 cup of oatmeal, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, 1 cup of skim milk
Lunch - 3 honey and flax crackers, 2 tbsp. light spinach dip, Pear, 1 cup of blueberries, 1 sugar free pudding
Snack - Caramel nut granola bar, Diet coke
Dinner - Subway 6" turkey breast on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato, and 1 strip of light mayo, 1 small bag of baked southwestern ranch chips (140 calories)
Snack - Advent calendar kinder surprise mini egg (35 calories)
