Seriously. It really does feel like the longest day ever. I didn't sleep very well last night and so that probably doesn't help! I'll be hitting the hay early tonight, that's for sure! I'm still heading to Val's for a workout shortly though because I'm sure that will make me feel better. How is everyone else dealing with the cold, dark and gloomy season?
Meals for today (tried to eat a few different things today because my body is starting to get used to the same food all the time and I don't want to get bored....)
Breakfast- 3/4 cup of cereal, 1 cup of skim milk
Snack- Starbucks tall "skinny" caramel latte
Lunch- 4 mini pitas, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, Banana, Sugar free chocolate pudding
Snack- 1 serving of crackers, Apple
Dinner- Weight watcher's santa fe style rice and beans meal, Diet coke
Snack- Weight watcher's sponge cake
And for workouts I will be doing at least 30 minutes on the elliptical machine, followed by a little bit of stretching. Plus I'm walking there! It's only a 15 minute walk, but it all counts right?! :-)

the 15 minute walks for sure help! every little bit! congrats on a great work out! its times like these where i wish we lived in the same city so we could be gym buddies :) i find gyms-at least in toronto are SO expensive! i can't find one for like less then $70 a month! I don't know if i have that money to spare right now, at least not until i have my credit card paid off in a few months. I think I would find it better in the winter because in the warmer i am mor einclined to walk everywhere so i get my work out that way, but i def get that actually going to the gym unless you have a car is annoying! at least it is supposed to be a mild winter!
ReplyDeleteI know!! Well here in Ottawa, some gym memberships are pretty cheap.... like $45 so I mean, it's good. But you're right, we would make good workout buddies!
