Just wanted to note that the workout really did do me good and I feel like I can kick some serious butt!
For my own future reference: 30 mins completed at 20% incline.... 1st 5 mins at level 4, 20 mins at level 5 and last 5 mins at level 4.
Kinda makes me wanna buy a gym pass.... but will I make use of it in the winter months?? We shall see....

I was always gave up during the winter months. The motivation goes away when the snow appears and the weather is minus 20 Brrrr.. I'm cold thinking about it. Maybe you could do a month to month type of membership?
ReplyDeleteI think I would do the month to month type membership.... it's just next week is December.... so would I really use one if I got it before, say, April? lol. I hate the winter!
